Pickleball Professional (Part-Time)

Weymouth Club is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Part-Time Pickleball Professional to join our vibrant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with our members, promote the sport of pickleball, and contribute to a lively community atmosphere. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for coaching, excellent interpersonal skills, and a solid background in pickleball instruction at established clubs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct group clinics and private lessons to members of all skill levels

- Organize and facilitate pickleball drop-in sessions to encourage member participation

- Plan and execute special pickleball events and tournaments for club members

- Promote a positive and inclusive environment that fosters member engagement

- Maintain equipment and ensure courts are well-prepared for activities

- Collaborate with club staff to coordinate schedules and event logistics

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience coaching pickleball at established clubs or similar settings

- Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong knowledge of pickleball rules, techniques, and strategies

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work on Saturdays and adapt to club scheduling needs

- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred but not required)

- Enthusiasm for promoting a healthy, active lifestyle
