Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for toddlers
- Observe and assess each child's progress, maintaining detailed records
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's development and daily activities
- Foster positive behavior and social skills through guidance and encouragement
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and center policies
- Collaborate with team members to support a cohesive and effective learning environment
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with toddlers in a childcare or early childhood education setting
- Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Knowledge of health and safety standards related to childcare

Requirements:High School Diploma, CDA preferred, experience in a childcare setting, CPR certified, pass a state required back ground check, flexibility
