Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Manager to oversee the operations of our endodontics practice. The Area Manager will oversee key performance indicators (KPIs), manage staff, and ensure smooth operations across four locations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of dental practice management, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.



Key Responsibilities:


Operational Management

• Oversee daily operations of four practice locations

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Monitor and manage inventory and supplies

• Implement and maintain effective workflows and processes


KPI Management

• Develop, track, and analyze KPIs to measure practice performance

• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to achieve targets

• Prepare regular reports on practice performance for senior management


Staff Management

• Supervise and support clinic staff, including administrative personnel and dental assistants

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback

• Facilitate staff training and development programs

• Address any personnel issues and foster a positive work environment.


Doctor Management

• Coordinate schedules and ensure efficient use of doctor time across all locations

• Support doctors in delivering high-quality patient care

• Address any operational or logistical issues affecting doctors


Patient Experience

• Ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction

• Address patient concerns and complaints promptly and effectively

• Implement initiatives to enhance the overall patient experience


Financial Management

• Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the practice

• Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures

• Ensure accurate and timely billing and collections


Strategic Planning:

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans

• Identify opportunities for growth and expansion

• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new patients


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field

preferred

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the dental industry, required

• Strong understanding of dental practice operations and management

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to travel between practice locations as needed
