About this position
Lead the execution of clinical training programs 🏫🦷 across our clinics — focusing on digital dentistry 💻🦷, patient education 📚, dental hygiene optimization 🪥, and integrating orthodontics 😁 for comprehensive care. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you’ll ensure training and workflows are effectively implemented at the clinic level.

Clinical Training & Implementation
Train dental professionals on digital workflows & patient education 📲🦷
Guide teams on best practices with digital scanning technology 🔬
Support integration of perio, ortho, restorative care 🪥😁
Coach dental hygiene teams for consistent, top-notch patient care 👩⚕️💙
Deliver virtual 💻 & in-person 🏢 training sessions
Create documents & guides for best practice adoption 📝
Provide chairside support for hygiene, orthodontics, and patient scanning 🦷📊
Operational & Workflow Support
Partner with clinic teams to streamline workflows & communication ⚙️🤝
Implement systems to improve treatment planning & case acceptance 📈
Gain buy-in from Office Managers & Doctors 👩⚕️🧑⚕️
Follow up to ensure accountability & adoption ✅
Performance & Quality Assurance
Monitor clinic needs and track training effectiveness 📊
Ensure adherence to industry standards & regulatory compliance 🛡️

🎓 Education & Credentials
Active Dental Hygiene License/Registration 🦷
10+ years in Dental Hygiene + 5+ years mentoring experience 👩⚕️🌟

Strong presentation & communication skills 🗣️
Digital scanning experience (iTero preferred) 🔬💻

Computer proficient (Microsoft Office Suite 💻)
Travel up to 80% ✈️ (mostly day travel, some overnight 🌙)
Experience in orthodontics/clear aligner therapy 😁
Active driver’s license 🚗; able to lift up to 15 lbs 🏋️
