Job Summary:

This support position reports directly to the Marketing Manager. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Manager of Marketing and the Education Directors in the coordination and organization of ongoing marketing and community outreach efforts.


The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing tactical support across multiple functional areas of the Department, with an emphasis on donor acquisition and relationship efforts. This support includes, but is not limited to, market/community analysis, prospecting, and management, database management, and general field support. The Coordinator will be instrumental in ensuring departmental collaboration and processes are followed and streamlined as necessary. Opportunities to produce educational and marketing materials will be provided on an as-needed basis.

9. Office duties-Mailing donor cards and check mail.


Bonus Skills and/or Education:

· Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Acrobat Pro

· Social media community management

· Follow-up contact with clients, vendors, and associates


Accountability:

The actions and decisions of the Marketing Coordinator have a direct correlation to the company’s revenue and operations. Decisions and actions may have a moderate to strong impact on reputation and/or customer satisfaction. The Marketing Coordinator works under a normal to high level of supervision.


Salary Information

$20.0 - $22.0 Annual Salary
