SUMMARY:
The CCBHC Site Director, reporting to the Vice President of Community Based Services, is responsible for the direction and coordination of a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center in SFRC.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implementation and coordination of State and Federal CCBHC requirements.
- Ensure that key outcomes are achieved by expanded care coordination with a focus on the social determinants of health (SDOH).
- Increase access to services including community behavioral services, medical, and mental health programs including the SFRC core of Substance Use Disorders and Medically Assisted Treatment services, that support diverse populations.
- Ensure services are provided in a culturally and linguistically appropriate manner.
- Establish and regularly convene an Advisory Work Group including individuals with mental and substance use disorders and family members.
- Oversee timely collection and submission of required data and evaluations, including NOMS, SPARS, and agency specific data.
- Ensure systems and policies and procedures facilitate the smooth operation of the program, both administratively and clinically.
- Provide services with a strong behavioral health recovery orientation, cultural sensitivity, and awareness of the unique needs of the population of focus.
- Assure timely completion of other grant requirements as indicated.
- Communicate effectively with SFRC staff, persons served, and external agencies to coordinate care and data exchange.
- Ensures the safe operation of the facility by complying with OSHA and life Safety requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Thoroughness, communication, planning, project management, risk assessment analysis, resource management and timeliness are key.
- Must be able to work well under pressure and demonstrate good time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge and skills pertaining to time-effective behavioral health care treatment approaches.
- Experience providing services to the grant’s target population including familiarity with relevant culture(s) and language(s).
- Experience with federally and privately funded grant operations.
- Ability to work with diverse teams of people.
- Advanced Excel user.
- Familiarity with electronic health record system
- Strong written and oral skills are necessary Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of staff within the organization and external stakeholders.
- Have or ability to obtain and maintain a State of New Mexico Criminal Records Clearance.
Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or equivalent
2. At least two years' experience managing federal grants
3. Project Management experience
4. Experience with federal grants management and Implementation preferred

$61531.00 - $98449.00
Annual Salary
