About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support two founders across multiple businesses. This role is a unique mix of high-level executive support and hands-on office management. You’ll be the right-hand person to our founders, ensuring their days run smoothly while keeping our small corporate office organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full administrative support to founders, including complex calendar management, email oversight, and meeting coordination.
• Anticipate scheduling conflicts, shifting priorities, and logistical challenges before they arise, proactively presenting solutions.
• Book domestic travel, prepare detailed itineraries, and manage logistics for both business and personal travel.
• Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and internal gatherings.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the corporate office, including vendor coordination, ordering supplies, and ensuring the space runs efficiently.
• Assist with personal and professional tasks as needed, serving as a trusted extension of the founders.
• Act as the primary in-office point of contact when founders are traveling.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
• Organize, prioritize, and balance responsibilities across multiple businesses simultaneously.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and efficiencies using technology and automation tools.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of executive or senior administrative assistant experience, ideally supporting C-suite executives.
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
• Highly tech-savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling/travel platforms.
• Experience booking complex travel arrangements and managing detailed itineraries.
• Ability to adapt quickly, work independently, and anticipate needs.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• A hands-on approach and willingness to assist with a variety of office tasks, from strategic to operational.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
