Are you a driven, detail-oriented Parts Manager who knows how to lead a department, maximize profitability, and keep operations running smoothly? We’re looking for an experienced professional to take ownership of our Parts Department and help us deliver top-tier service to our customers and technicians.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage all aspects of the Parts Department, including inventory control, pricing, and purchasing
     
  • Lead, train, and motivate parts staff to achieve performance and customer satisfaction goals
     
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels while minimizing obsolescence
     
  • Work closely with Service and Sales departments to ensure seamless operations
     
  • Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and drive department profitability
     
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards
     

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Parts Manager (automotive dealership experience required)
     
  • Ford dealership experience strongly preferred
     
  • Ford Parts Certification is a plus
     
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
     
  • Solid understanding of inventory management systems and OEM processes
     
  • Customer-focused mindset with a track record of results
Requirements:

 

Job Requirements – Parts Manager

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Automotive Parts Manager (dealership experience required)
     
  • Ford dealership experience strongly preferred
     
  • Ford Parts Certification a plus
     
  • Proven ability to manage inventory, purchasing, pricing, and obsolescence control
     
  • Strong leadership skills with experience hiring, training, and managing parts personnel
     
  • In-depth knowledge of OEM parts systems, inventory management software, and dealership processes
     
  • Ability to analyze reports, track KPIs, and drive department profitability
     
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
     
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work effectively with Service and Sales departments
     
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
     
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet dealership employment requirements

Salary: Up to $115,000.00 per year
