What Youll Do

• Conduct screenings and assessments to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
• Provide group and individual counseling for individuals with substance use disorders
• Contribute to treatment plans and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation
• Collect and analyze service data to support program success
• Assist with reporting for contracts, grants, and accreditation requirements
• Prepare individuals for discharge, ensuring smooth transitions and continuity of care

What Were Looking For

Education

• Bachelors degree in a human services field or High School diploma with related experience (Required)

Experience

• Background in providing substance use disorder counseling (Preferred)

Licenses/Certifications

• Eligible for licensure/certification as required by the state (Required)
• Completion of client-mandated certifications and/or training (Required)
