What Youll Do
- Conduct
screenings and assessments to support accurate diagnosis and treatment
planning
- Provide
group and individual counseling for individuals with substance use
disorders
- Contribute
to treatment plans and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain
thorough, accurate, and timely documentation
- Collect
and analyze service data to support program success
- Assist
with reporting for contracts, grants, and accreditation requirements
- Prepare
individuals for discharge, ensuring smooth transitions and continuity of
care
What Were Looking For
Education
- Bachelors
degree in a human services field or High School diploma with related
experience (Required)
Experience
- Background
in providing substance use disorder counseling (Preferred)
Licenses/Certifications
- Eligible
for licensure/certification as required by the state (Required)
- Completion
of client-mandated certifications and/or training (Required)
