You will manage executive-level recruiting projects, providing our diverse clients—ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies—with strategic talent acquisition solutions. You will identify, attract, and thoroughly vet senior-level candidates, ensuring optimal cultural and strategic fit for client organizations.
Responsibilities:
Lead comprehensive searches for executive positions, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidate compatibility.
Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract top-tier executives.
Foster strong candidate relationships and clearly communicate opportunities.
Present qualified candidate recommendations and detailed candidate profiles to clients.
Manage candidate negotiation processes effectively.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required, Master’s preferred.
3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in executive search.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
