Prepare properties for showings: Ensure properties are clean, well-maintained, and presented in their best light.
Provide exceptional customer service: Greet prospective tenants warmly, answer questions about the property, and address their concerns.
Generate interest and qualify leads: Engage with potential tenants, build rapport, and gather essential information to qualify them as prospective renters.
Follow up with prospects: Maintain communication with interested tenants, answer inquiries, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed.
Maintain accurate records: Keep detailed records of property showings, tenant feedback, and lease applications.
Collaborate with team members: Work closely with property managers and leasing agents to ensure a smooth rental process.
