Pest iD is seeking a Pest Control Technician / Lead Digital Transitionist

Digital Transition Responsibilities:

• Assist our conversion from paper to digital documentation.
• Help set up handheld devices for digital transition.
• Support training staff on digital systems and provide ongoing support.
• Troubleshoot any digital system issues.

Pest Control Responsibilities for our Pest Control Technician / Lead Digital Transitionist:

• Maintain a route of commercial and residential pest customers.
• Document corrective actions pesticide usage, and maintain digital records.
• Adhere to protocols, procedures, and laws.
• Manage a service vehicle.
• Clearly explain technical information to customers and team members.
• Promote the benefits of our services and contribute to customer growth.

What We Offer our Pest Control Technician / Lead Digital Transitionist:

• A starting hourly wage of $20 to $26, plus overtime.
• First-year earnings are between $45k and $70k.
• Health insurance, five paid sick days, flexible work schedule.
• A service vehicle and gas card after training (can be taken home).
• Choice of work schedule: four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days.
• Extensive paid training for 60-90 days, depending on experience and performance, with ongoing training provided at no cost.
