About the Position
We are seeking Full-Time Seasonal Line Cooks to be part of the Food & Beverage department. You’ll get the opportunity to foster a culture of creating memorable experiences for members and their guests. Our ideal candidate will ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation. You will work well under pressure, be a team player, organized, flexible, self-motivated, and reliable.
You’ll have a chance to work with a passionate year-round Food & Beverage team of managers, supervisors, front and back of the house individuals, along with an exceptional group of seasonal people from around the world.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook high-quality food items according to standardized recipes.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor member satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain proper and adequate set-up of assigned area.
- Properly store and secure product and equipment at end of shift.

Requirements
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of at least six (6) months of experience in a culinary environment within hospitality.
- Experience delivering outstanding customer service while collaborating with other team members ensuring member satisfaction.
- Ability to meet physical requirements: standing, walking, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.
Education
- Minimum High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- Any combination of education, training, and work experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described.
- ServSafe food handler certification preferred.
