On site 5 days per week with flexible telework as directed by the USG

Duty Description:
- Conducting test design, execution, and evaluation in the DoD operational testing and evaluation environment.
- Providing parametric and non-parametric statistics, data analysis techniques, computer analysis tools, basic modeling and simulation applications, and survey test and evaluation methods.
- Developing both quantitative and qualitative analysis methodologies appropriate for use in operational testing and evaluation of JT&E projects.
- Providing direction for process modeling, issue identification, and measure determination.
- Providing problem decomposition, concept development, test design, and data analysis methods; translates testing requirements; and makes recommendations for appropriate test venues.
- Developing dendritic decomposition and determination of operational measures of effectiveness.
- Providing technical risk assessment and identifies test
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in a technical field (math, science, engineering, computer programming, or technical related field with Operations Research-related emphasis), if the Master's Degree in a non-technical field may be substituted with 10 years of test and evaluation experience
Experience:
- minimum of 5 years of test and evaluation experience
- 10+ years of military or government civilian experience
- Experience in the development of test and evaluation plans
- Experience with application of statistics, data analysis techniques, computer analysis tools, basic modeling and simulation applications, and human factors test and evaluation methods.
Salary Information
$130000.00 - $140000.00
