Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare dishes according to established recipes, plating guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Execute prep lists efficiently and maintain readiness throughout service.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols with precision.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation.
  • Communicate effectively with teammates during service to ensure seamless execution.
  • Participate in setup, breakdown, and deep-cleaning responsibilities as assigned.
  • Uphold a standard of excellence in every dish, with attention to detail and consistency.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay: $17–$20, based on experience.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications

  • Professional kitchen experience preferred, but not required — training available for motivated candidates.
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a desire to learn and improve every day.
  • Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Passion for food, hospitality, and contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts.


Physical Requirements

  • Stand for 8–10 hours per shift.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs (e.g., food, equipment).
  • Work in conditions that include heat, steam, cold, and occasional wet or slippery surfaces.
  • Repetitive motion tasks including chopping, stirring, plating, and lifting.
