Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and guests warmly, providing attentive and personalized service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve meals and beverages in accordance with established standards
- Ensure the dining area remains clean, organized, and inviting
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables as needed
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service
- Rotate weekends to accommodate operational needs
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in senior living dining services or restaurant food service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work weekends on a rotating schedule
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
