Data entering when necessary and generating specified APQP documentation. ACCOUNTABILITIESOn Time Delivery and accuracy of PPAP Submissions per Customer requirements.Internal and external Containment activity and communicating Corrective Actions to the Customer to ensure Customer Satisfaction. Assemble internal and external quality data for the Customer Focus team to drive Continuous Improvement of Products and processes. MAIN DUTIESCoordinates the processing of customer RMA/s, reporting of metrics and initiating CA/PA actions as a result of analysis with assistance from Senior QE and Quality ManagerGenerates Process Flow, Control Plan, PSW, PPAP, PFMEA and other such APQP forms with assistance from Senior QE and Quality ManagerPerforms IATF16949 and Customer required Self-Assessment auditsCollects, analyze and charts internal process results, reject data and customer PPM dataRecommends changes and improvements to internal documents, work instructions, checklists within QA/QC or operationsSchedule and hold meetings with external and internal customers with assistance from Senior QE and Quality Manager Other duties as assigned by supervisor. POSITION REQUIREMENTSMinimum 2-year college (4-year degree preferred) or 4 years minimum experience in QC, QA IATF16949 automotive manufacturing environmentKnowledge in preparation of Process Flow, Control Plan, PSW, PPAP PFEMA, other APQP formsIATF16949 knowledge. Auditor certificate preferableProficient at generating Word, Excel programs and MRP, and data base management.Some travel (may be over night)Standing, walking, lifting, and able to observe all processes and operatorsKnowledgeable with tools such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, volt meters, schematics, etc. SKILL SETMust be detailed orientedAble to set priorities and meet deadlinesHighly motivated and self-directedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsLeadership
