Assistant General Manager

We are currently searching for an experienced Assistant General Manager for our beautiful Estero location. Our ideal Assistant General Manager will have full-service, community restaurant experience. Our menu features scratch-made dishes with fresh ingredients. Our Assistant General Manager should have knowledge of both Front of House and Back of House operations and will have a great deal of guest interaction.

Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing and organizing day-to-day operations of the full-service, resort restaurant
• Oversee both the FOH and BOH staff
• Assist in achieving revenue and financial goals
• Hire and schedule to achieve labor goals and related expenses
• Ordering and Inventory Management aligned with COGS
• Responsible for team development and performance evaluations

Assistant General Manager Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Assistant General Manager experience in a full-service, resort or community style restaurant
• Outgoing and engaging personality that drives customer service
• Excellent leadership ability and style that builds and motivates the team
• Outstanding communication skills - verbal and written
• Consistent and effective presence in the Front of the House to oversee service and flow.
