Mettle Works is seeking Contractual PRP Coordinators for youth and adults in Prince George's County. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply!
Must have a minimum of 5 clients on caseload
Youths must be provided services 3x-4x in community/home includes 1x in office
Adults must be provided services 5x in community/home and 1x in office
Essential Responsibilities:
- Completes assessments for the mental health and PRP programs to identify the needs of participating consumers
- Lead and coordinate clinical meetings with providers, therapist, referral partners, etc.
- Assist, as needed, in the development of the treatment plans and/or Individual Rehabilitation Plans for each consumer, with short and long-term goals and interventions
- Share and implements the mission and vision of Mettle-Works to providers, clients, families, and partners
- Maintain a caseload as required
- Oversee the program and implementation of clinical/rehabilitation services
- Provide orientation, supervision, and training to PRP Providers, Therapists, Interns and/or volunteers with the support of Executive Director of Operations to ensure the support and goal attainment of participating consumers
- Ensure all required documentation is completed in a timely, accurate and comprehensive manner.
- Reviews and sign provider’s weekly progress notes, monthly summaries, DLA 20’s, treatment plans, etc., to verify that providers are addressing the treatment needs and implementing the goals and/or objectives of the treatment plans and Individual Rehabilitation Plan (IRP)
- Responsible for the discharge recommendation and summaries of consumers.
- Assist in the creation and programing of PRP groups and provide on-site supervision
- Participates in CARF reviews and survey process
- Provides quality assurance and performance improvement plans by completing periodic chart audits to ensure regulatory compliance
- Assign caseloads to providers
- Conduct on-going assessment of provider’s performance
- Reinforce company policies; COMAR regulatory requirements, and other regulatory agency requirements
- Collect weekly time sheets from providers and review for accuracy
- Provide disciplinary procedures in accordance with agency policy
- Meet with Executive Director weekly to present updates, discuss provider concerns, program concerns, and regulatory concerns
- Market PRP and other agency programs to establish community partnerships and referrals
- Other duties as assigned

Annual Salary
