Data Entry Specialist II
Job Description:
Remote, Part-time, Work from Home
Hours: 15+ per week with the possibility of full-time hours.
**United States Residency is required.
Starting Pay: $16.00/Hr
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare, deliver, receive and maintain client databases and all associated reports, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Prepare, update, deliver, and maintain each projects Key Performance Indicators.
Keep Activity Reports updated.
Report to direct supervisor as required.
Attend daily/weekly meetings as required.
Skills & Specifications
Demonstrate high-intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word, including the ability to send, receive, and save emails with attachments, and schedule Teams meetings.
Ability to solve problems and create Excel formulas when necessary.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and punctuation.
Detail-oriented, self-disciplined, and self-motivated.
Ability to follow detailed instructions with little to no supervision.
Ability to ask questions when you are unsure of a required task.
Ability to be flexible and adapt to sudden changes in work requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be available to work after 2:00 PM, Mountain Time.
High School diploma.
Must have a good eye and pay great attention to detail.
Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook are required.
High-speed internet access
A computer with Windows 11, Microsoft 365 (monthly or yearly subscription)
o At least 8GB RAM
Two monitors are preferred.
