Starting Pay Range: $11.70/Hour + Tips

The Gist 

As a Bartender at FatCats, your role is to create a fun and friendly experience for guests by preparing and serving drinks, monitoring inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. You'll work closely with a team to ensure our guests enjoy every moment, making each interaction enjoyable and professional. A Day in the Life of a Bartender 

Your shift starts with a team check-in, where you'll review daily specials and team goals. Throughout your shift, you'll be preparing drinks, checking guest IDs, and keeping a watchful eye on guest safety by monitoring alcohol consumption. When it's less busy, you'll restock and ensure the bar is ready for the next rush. Before clocking out, check in with your manager to make sure everything is set for the next team member.

The Schedule 

We're busiest when others are having fun, so nights, weekends, and holiday availability are essential. We do our best to accommodate personal schedules and work with you on availability.

Job Requirements

• Bartender experience
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well with others.
• Have a personable and professional demeanor.
• Provide outstanding guest experiences through exceptional service.
• Follow recipes, safety regulations, and alcohol laws.
• Maintain TIPS certification or Title 4 certification as required.
• Must meet the state minimum age to serve alcohol.
