We are seeking a Business Development Manager to help expand 3D Model Management’s service offerings, strengthen client relationships, and support revenue operations across the company. This role combines sales development, CRM ownership, proposal coordination, financial workflows, and cross-departmental communication to support 3DMM’s growth in the LIDAR / Reality Capture, Scan-to-BIM, and digital-twin industries, and related service offerings.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where operations, sales, and client delivery intersect. This position is based in New York City with hybrid flexibility.

Responsibilities:

Lead business development activities including outreach, relationship building, pipeline management, and identifying new opportunities across architecture, construction, technology, and enterprise sectors.Establish, maintain, and optimize the company CRM—including lead tracking, pipeline reporting, follow-up automations, and account documentation.Support expansion of 3DMM’s service offerings by researching market needs, assisting in productization of new services, and preparing go-to-market materials.Coordinate proposal development, including scope writing, pricing input, client formatting requirements, and ensuring timely submission.Assist with operational support for ongoing clients—helping align scanning, production, QA/QC, and leadership as needed.Work alongside the operations and finance teams to support invoicing, accounts receivable follow-ups, payment tracking, and client account hygiene.Prepare capability statements, pitch decks, presentations, and supporting documents for meetings with prospective partners or clients.Maintain documentation of client communication, contract terms, change orders, and service-level expectations inside the CRM.Represent 3DMM during client calls, industry events, conferences, and virtual presentations as needed.Provide regular reporting to leadership on pipeline status, revenue projections, new opportunities, market insights, and competitive positioning.Requirements:

Prior experience in business development, sales, or client management—ideally within AEC, surveying, 3D technology, construction tech, or a related field.Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms, sales pipelines, and account management best practices.Excellent written communication and ability to produce polished proposals, email correspondence, and client-facing documents.Familiarity with invoicing workflows, basic revenue tracking, and accounts receivable follow-up.Comfortable navigating technical topics and collaborating with scanning technicians, modelers, and project managers.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities, deadlines, and cross-functional inputs.Strong interpersonal skills and comfort speaking with clients, partners, and senior stakeholders.A proactive mindset with an interest in helping shape new service lines and growth strategies.Compensation:

The pay range for this role is:
90,000 - 125,000 USD per year(55 Canal)
