Job Description
We’re looking for Physical Therapists who are excited to help patients restore strength, coordination, and movement through customized therapeutic care. In this role, you’ll assess and treat patients under a physician’s direction, use a variety of modalities to relieve pain and improve function, and work toward helping each individual reach their fullest potential. We value empathy, clinical skill, and clear communication—and we’re excited to welcome someone who brings these strengths to our rehab team.
Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients following physician referral and diagnosis

Use therapeutic procedures and modalities to improve movement and relieve pain

Maintain accurate patient records and care documentation

Collaborate with providers and other therapists on patient progress and discharge plans
Collaborative Teamwork
This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, patient-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent

Valid California physical therapist license
-
Current CPR certification
-
MDS treatment documentation experience preferred
-
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English

Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements

Recommended: Affiliation with the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)

Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with our patients, families, coworkers, and community
