About this position
We are hiring for a part-time, year-round sales associate position. This position has good potential to change into a full-time position, depending on performance.
Fortin's Supply and Home Hardware is a family-owned business that has been part of the community since 1946. Fortin's currently has stores in Chilliwack, Abbotsford, and Hope.
What You'll Do
- As a Sales Associate, you'll get to work in a fun, fast-paced environment where you will never be bored
- You will work closely with your teammates to ensure the store is running at peak operational performance
- You will need to be passionate about customer service and able to multitask
- You will be able to let your creativity shine with opportunities to create displays and visual merchandising
- You will need to have great people skills
- Experience in retail or sales is an asset
- Experience in Plumbing and Electrical is a definite asset, but not necessary
- Have a desire to advance knowledge and skills in the automotive field
- Experience in automotive is a must
- Able to work at either location, 45750 Airport Rd. and 5674 Vedder Rd.

Part-time hours: 16-32 per week (No consistent shifts and hours, will change each week)
Must be able to work weekends, Saturday, Sunday & Holidays
Hourly wage and benefits are highly competitive, paid based on experience.
