Key Responsibilities:

- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to students during after school hours

- Develop and implement engaging activities that promote personal growth, teamwork, and leadership

- Build trusting relationships with youth to encourage open communication and positive development

- Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of all participants

- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and community partners to support student success

- Maintain accurate records of attendance, activities, and progress reports

- Promote a respectful, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all youth

Requirements:

 

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree preferred

- Able to work from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm Mondays to Fridays

- Prior experience working with youth or in educational or community programs

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to motivate and inspire young people

- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing needs

- Knowledge of youth development principles and best practices is a plus



Salary Information

$18.00 - $18.00 Hourly Wage
