The Role

The Acquisitions Director will lead the sourcing, analysis, and execution of investment opportunities in the $5 million to $25 million range.

Youll be responsible for uncovering and negotiating transactions across all major property types, working closely with ownership and capital partners to advance our growth strategy. This is not a back-office role, its a front-line opportunity for a connector, persuader, and strategist who knows how to get deals done and build lasting relationships across markets.

Key Responsibilities

Deal Origination & Sourcing:
-Proactively identify, pursue, and structure real estate acquisition opportunities across the Southeast.
-Generate off-market and marketed deal flow through your own relationships and creative sourcing.
Market Relationships:
-Build and leverage a trusted network of brokers, property owners, developers, and lenders throughout our footprint.
Underwriting & Due Diligence:
-Conduct financial modeling, market analysis, and investment underwriting for a wide range of property types.
-Oversee due diligence and manage the acquisition process from LOI through closing.
Investment Strategy:
-Collaborate with principals to evaluate markets, identify target asset profiles, and align acquisitions with firm objectives.
Execution & Follow-Through:
Lead the transaction process with precision and autonomy, ensuring deals close efficiently and meet investment return criteria.

Who You Are

Experienced:
510+ years of direct acquisitions or investment experience across one or more asset classes, multifamily, commercial, retail, or flex/industrial.
Connected:
Possess an established network of relationships across the Southeast and a reputation built on integrity and follow-through.
Entrepreneurial:
Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable operating independently in a lean, fast-paced environment.
Influential & Persuasive:
A natural communicator who can build trust, tell the story behind an investment, and negotiate win-win outcomes.
Analytical & Strategic:
Strong financial modeling and underwriting capabilities paired with good instincts for deal quality and timing.
