CNC Lathe / Mill Set-Up Operator – Aerospace Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities
Perform CNC set-up and operation in a production environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues on the shop floor.
Create and revise CNC programs as needed.
Interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and job aids.
Ensure quality standards are met using advanced inspection methods.
Adapt to changes in production schedules and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Maintain excellent attendance, punctuality, and flexibility for overtime/weekends as needed.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience with Haas and Fanuc controls preferred.
Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading.
Proficient in shop math and problem-solving.
Advanced knowledge of inspection methods.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
