Mitra9 is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to assist with the day-to-day operations of product fulfillment. This includes picking, packing, labeling, shipping, and ensuring that every order is accurate and completed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using internal systems and shipping software.
- Ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner to meet service level expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and fulfillment areas.
- Assist with inventory counts and help monitor stock levels to ensure accuracy.
- Label and prepare shipping materials according to company and carrier standards.
- Report discrepancies or damaged products to the Fulfillment Manager or Operations team.
- Always follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly fulfillment targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college or technical training preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in a fulfillment, shipping, or warehouse role, ideally in CPG or beverage industry.
- Familiarity with order management and shipping systems (e.g., Shopify, ShippingEasy, EKOS) a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand, lift, and move packages up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
- Dependable, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
