Summary
We are seeking a seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Service Manager to lead our dealership’s service department. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in the automotive industry who can manage daily operations, motivate a team, and ensure exceptional service for every customer.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the import service department
- Lead, train, and support service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Ensure a premium customer experience and maintain high CSI scores
- Monitor department KPIs including labor sales, efficiency, and repair order counts
- Oversee warranty submissions, parts coordination, and quality control
- Maintain manufacturer compliance and uphold dealership policies
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Work closely with parts and sales departments for seamless service flow
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in service management or advisor leadership
- Strong knowledge of automotive service and repair procedures
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Experience with dealership software preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
