Safety Express Ltd, an Aramsco Company, has been serving its clients for over 35 years in the Abatement, 

Restoration, Industrial Safety, Professional Cleaning and Surface Preparation market. We are currently 

seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated team player to join our dynamic operations at our Esteam 

Manufacturing location. 


OBJECTIVE

In the dynamic world of warehouse operations, the Shipper-Receiver plays a pivotal role in ensuring the 

seamless handling and shipment of goods. They are the backbone of inventory management, shipment 

coordination, and meticulous record-keeping. From the moment goods arrive, they take charge - 

inspecting for damages, verifying accuracy, and securing items in their designated warehouse havens. 

Their mission? To deliver products to customers punctually and accurately while upholding the highest 

safety and quality standards. 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments and compare them with packing slips; 

and inspect received goods for damages, defects, or discrepancies and report any issues to the 

appropriate personnel. 

 Attention to Detail: Verify the accuracy of shipment contents and ensure they are appropriately 

labelled and stored. 

 Prepare shipments by assembling, packing, and labelling products in compliance with shipping 

regulations and customer requirements. 

 Generate shipping documents, including, but not limited to bills of lading and shipping labels. 

 Deliveries and Scheduling: Coordinate with carriers and schedule pickups or deliveries to ensure 

timely shipping and delivery of goods. 

 Documentation and Records: Accurately record outbound shipments by packing slip, BOL's, 

Pictures of each item, uploaded daily to SharePoint. 

 Organization: Organize and maintain the warehouse by arranging products in designated 

locations and ensuring cleanliness and safety. 

 Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment to move and stack 

products as necessary. 

 Team Work: Work with other warehouse team members to optimize workflow, resolve issues, 

and improve overall efficiency. 

 Knowledge: Qualify through onboard training of Transport of Dangerous Good's Certificate. 

 Perform other related duties. 


QUALIFICATIONS

 High school diploma or equivalent. 

 Additional certifications or vocational training in warehousing or logistics is a plus. 

 3-5 years of experience as a Shipper-Receiver or in a similar warehouse role. 

 Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory management, and shipping/receiving 

processes. 

 Familiarity with operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment. 

 Basic computer skills for data entry, inventory management, and generating shipping 

documents for domestic and international shipments. 

 Problem solving and analytical skills. 

 Strong organizational and time management skills. 

 Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, carriers, and other stakeholders. 

 Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to follow proper handling and storage procedures. 


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

 Heavy lifting: Workers may need to lift and move heavy packages or materials up to 70 lbs with 

or without assistance. 

 Physical demand: Prolonged periods of standing and walking. 

 Environment: Working in a warehouse environment which many be noisy due to machinery and 

equipment. 

 Fast-paced: Shipping/receiving departments often operate under tight schedules and deadlines. 

 Hours of work: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; occasional overtime may be 

required during peak periods or to meet specific deadlines.
