Sunset Grille is a relaxed lakeside restaurant at Victoria Harbor on Lake Allatoona in Woodstock, GA. With great food, cold drinks, and beautiful waterfront views, it’s a welcoming spot for locals and visitors to enjoy fresh favorites, warm hospitality, and memorable sunsets. 


RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival. 
  • Verify guests purchasing alcohol are at least 21 years of age. 
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of bar and menu items to provide accurate recommendations. 
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders for bar and lounge guests. 
  • Deliver food and beverage orders within established time frames. 
  • Utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience. 
  • Ensure alcohol consumption is limited to designated areas. 
  • Build and maintain a professional, hospitable rapport with every guest served. 
  • Complete opening, running, and closing side work assignments. 
  • Collaborate effectively as a team member to support smooth operations. 
  • Attend ongoing training sessions and participate in pre-shift meetings. 
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service standards. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • High school diploma or GED required. 
  • Minimum age of 18 and authorized to work in the U.S. 
  • Ability to obtain any required licenses or permits. 
  • Minimum of 1 year experience operating a full-service bar. 
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, drink menus, and classic cocktail preparation. 
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. 
  • Excellent customer service and professional guest interaction skills. 
  • Strong verbal communication skills and accurate math/cash-handling abilities.
