Work Location: This position is on-site (This is not a hybrid position) at our Austin headquarters, located in South Austin at 183 and Burleson.

Pay Range: Is $46,500 to $60,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and skills.

Position Summary:

The Photoshop Artist is responsible for the preparation of product design files used for manufacturing and marketing efforts. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role that works closely with the Executive Senior Product Designer to ensure all assets meet established standards and production specs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare production-ready files for product manufacturing and marketing purposes.

· Execute any revisions with precision and consistency.

· Maintain quality control across all materials, ensuring files meet specifications.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of deadlines, file specs, and company goals.

· Organize and archive assets using an established file structure and naming convention.

· Follow established guidelines while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship.

Requirements:

· 2 - 4 years in Photoshop

· Highly Desired Experience in 3D modeling including - Blender, 3D Studio Max, Maya, Cinema4D, Solid Works, Shaper, Fusion 360 and Autodesk Inventor

· Experience working with multiple files and projects at the same time.

· Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

· Comfort working with adult content.

· Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, collaborative, and creative environment.
