WPG Property Maintenance Manager

 We are seeking an experienced and reliable Property Maintenance Manager to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across our residential and/or commercial properties. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage vendors and maintenance staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee general property maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• Coordinate and supervise vendors and maintenance personnel
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner
• Ensure properties are safe, clean, and well-maintained at all times
• Maintain maintenance records, supplies, and equipment
• Collaborate with property management on capital improvements and planning

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in property maintenance or facility management
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair work
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to be on call for emergency maintenance as needed

Preferred:

• HVAC or trade certifications
• Experience with residential and/or commercial properties
