Location : Des Moines, IA


Responsibilities:

· Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress and resource allocation.

· Collaborate with clients, Project Managers, other construction management to determine budget and timelines.

· Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers.

· Create 3-week schedules for project managers and subcontractors.

· Maintain a daily log in Procore for the job site’s operations, reporting to management as necessary.

· Maintain weekly quality and safety inspection in Procore.

· Make changes in the operation as necessary to best meet construction deadlines.

· Work hand in hand with Project Manager on schedule update, change order and quality issues.

· Monitor project progress and ensure that work is done.

· Conduct weekly OAC meetings.

· Schedule inspection needed to complete project.

· Conduct final walk through and hand off meetings.

· Clearly inform individuals about the PPE requirements upon entering the job site.

· Oversee and coordinate fuel system installation activities, including underground storage tanks (USTs), piping, dispensers, electrical and monitoring systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, environmental regulations, and safety standards.



Qualifications:

· 5+ years of experience supervising commercial or industrial construction projects.

· Proven ability to manage field crews, subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics.

· Strong experience collaborating with Project Managers and clients on budgets, schedules, change orders, and quality control.

· Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software for daily logs, safety reports, inspections, and documentation.

· Ability to develop and maintain short-term look-ahead schedules.

· Demonstrated knowledge of construction safety standards and enforcement of PPE requirements.

· Experience coordinating vendors, material deliveries, and equipment to maintain project flow.

· Skilled at leading OAC meetings, inspections, final walkthroughs, and project close-out activities.

· Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.



Requirements:

· Experience with fuel system installation is highly preferred

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

· Ability to pass background check and DOT physical

· Willingness to travel out of state with frequent hotel stays


Hours:

This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday

This position requires travel during the work week
