  • Location: Frankfort-On-site / Remote hybrid options available.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities by prospecting within your assigned territory, networks, and referrals.
  • Present, explain, and compare various insurance products and coverage options in clear, customer-friendly terms.
  • Quote, quote follow-up, and convert inquiries into closed policies, while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop customized coverage plans that balance protection with cost-effectiveness.
  • Track client interactions and opportunities in our CRM system, maintaining meticulous records and follow-up schedules.
  • Stay current on market trends, product updates, and regulatory changes to advise clients accurately.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, from onboarding to policy servicing, renewals, and claims support.
