About this position

Company Overview

At Allia Health Group—the umbrella organization for Southend Pharmacy, Brello Health, and Woven—we don’t just follow healthcare standards—we reinvent them. Our mission is to make quality healthcare and wellness accessible to all, not just the few. Across our ecosystem of compounding pharmacies, health technology platforms, and digital wellness products, we design solutions that put safety, precision, and trust at the heart of innovation.

Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Strategist plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of Allia’s digital health products and systems. From mobile and web applications to fulfillment platforms, the QA Strategist combines analytical precision with creative problem-solving to elevate every release.

This is a rare opportunity to build a QA ecosystem from the ground up—balancing strategic oversight with hands-on testing. You’ll collaborate with leaders across engineering and product, ensuring quality becomes a built-in part of our technology’s DNA, not an afterthought.

  • Days 61–90: Fully own QA execution across all platforms, leading release-quality reporting and delivering a live QA strategy roadmap that scales as our technology grows.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, communicates with empathy and precision, and sees quality as both a science and an art.
