We’re looking for an outgoing inside sales representative to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and add qualified leads to the sales funnel. Responsibilities:- Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication
- Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities
- Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
- Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers
- Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved
- Engage with potential clients through phone calls and emails to understand their needs and introduce our real estate cash buying services.
- Qualify leads by assessing their interest and readiness to engage with our sales team, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for nurturing leads and converting them into loyal customers.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Provide timely follow-ups to inquiries, ensuring prospects feel valued and informed throughout their journey with us.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to offer relevant insights and advice to potential clients.
- Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and strategies to enhance our collective sales approach and success rate.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
- 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role
- Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
- This is an in-office position. Candidates must be able to report to the office daily.
