What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and support the daily operations of our aquatics facilities
- Supervise lifeguards and staff while building a positive, team-first culture
- Help train, coach, and schedule aquatics team members
- Conduct staff training in water safety, first aid, and CPR
- Stay rescue-ready and respond quickly to aquatic emergencies
- Perform safety inspections to ensure a clean, safe environment for guests
- Support aquatics programs, special events, and daily activities
- Assist with pool maintenance and facility upkeep
- Deliver outstanding guest service with every interaction
- Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitude across departments
