We are currently seeking reliable, compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide 1:1 support to our Recipients in their homes and throughout the community. In this role, you will assist with daily living activities, help build skills, encourage independence, and support community involvement that strengthens personal goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 in-home support to Recipients
- Assist with daily activities and individualized goals
- Support skill-building and personal growth
- Participate in community activities and outings
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and encouraging environment
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the care team

Requirements:What You Need to Succeed:
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
- Reliable transportation to and from assignments
- Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
- Must be 18 years or older
