- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital, clinic, or similar environment
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety standards, and electronic medical records systems
