Overview

The Senior Solutions Specialist PRO is a strategic-level role responsible for designing competitive pickup solutions for nationwide key accounts and leading high-complexity cross-functional projects. This role requires deep industry expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive organization-wide improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop competitive and scalable pickup solutions for nationwide key accounts and high-complexity business scenarios.
  • Partner with sales, product, and operations teams to support cross-functional business expansion and ensure feasibility of logistics solutions.
  • Continuously optimize the entire pickup workflow, including data flow, system integration, customer communication, and operational execution.
  • Conduct regular reviews for major customers, analyze data trends, identify systemic issues, and propose long-term improvement plans.
  • Lead nationwide initiatives to resolve recurring pickup issues and drive continuous improvement across operation teams.
  • Coordinate multi-department resources to ensure smooth and efficient implementation of solutions.
  • Standardize workflows, promote best-practice adoption, and support long-term solution scalability and digitalization.
  • Prepare high-quality documentation, including strategic proposals, improvement plans, and executive-level reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, cross-border e-commerce, courier networks, or related industries.
  • Deep understanding of pickup operations, supply chain integration, and industry best practices.
  • Proven record of leading large-scale, cross-functional, high-complexity projects.
  • Strong analytical and insights-driven mindset, with the ability to identify and solve systemic issues.
  • Excellent stakeholder-management skills and strong communication ability with senior leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving, risk assessment, and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Ability to influence multiple teams and drive alignment across regions and departments.
  • Experience in BI tools, data modeling, or operational analytics preferred.
