Business Services Administrator 


Live to the MAXX—and help make it happen! The Business Services Administrator supports MaxxSouth’s Business Sales team by managing order entry and processing, customer service coordination, contract administration, and a variety of essential administrative functions.


What You’ll Do:

  • Provide daily administrative and operational support to the Business Sales team.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Property Management companies, property owners, tenants, and Bulk/MDU accounts. Escalate customer or operational issues to management when necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property contacts while keeping records accurate and up to date.
  • Assist customers with new equipment, lost equipment, billing questions, payments, credits, and technical concerns via phone, email, and text.
  • Receive, enter, validate, and schedule Business service orders.
  • Monitor order progress and proactively identify any issues that could impact installation timelines. Reschedule installation appointments as needed.
  • Maintain and update shared spreadsheets containing property details, units, internet speeds, and equipment totals.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, analyses, presentations, and documentation as requested.
  • Work closely with Billing Analysts, Supervisors, Warehouse, Technical Support, Front Counter, and Call Center teams.

What we’re looking for:

  • High school diploma or GED required or equivalent – required.
  • Cable TV/Broadband industry knowledge or experience -preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
