The purpose of the Inventory & BI Analyst is to ensure all plant and supply chain inventories reconcile with financial statements at period end for all Manufacturing Sites, Off-Site Tolling Facilities, Off-Site Terminals, and all Full-Service Airbases.


This position will assist with cycle counting and inventory analysis and will conduct all company-related business in a professional, safe, and efficient manner in full compliance with Perimeter Solutions (PS) Controllership and PS ESH&S policies.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include (not in any priority):


  • Maintain accurate inventory records across all sites and facilities.
  • Reconcile inventory balances to financial statements at period end.
  • Perform and support cycle counts and resolve inventory variances.
  • Monitor inventory movements, adjustments, and transfers.
  • Maintain inventory data accuracy within ERP and related systems.
  • Build and maintain inventory and SIOP-related dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar BI tools.
  • Provide inventory analysis and reporting to support planning and decision-making.
  • Audit inventory processes and controls to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to support inventory accuracy.
  • Utilize SaaS platforms and reporting tools to support inventory visibility, logistics, and compliance.


Requirements:

Preferred Qualification, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 2+ years of experience in inventory analysis, supply chain analytics, or operations data roles (required).
  • Experience building, maintaining, and enhancing Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) reporting using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools to support operational and financial decision-making.
  • Hands on experience with SaaS platforms such as NetSuite, Power BI, or similar cloud based systems.
  • Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Professional Certificate or willingness to complete the certification after hire.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and interact effectively at all levels of the organization.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:


  • Position is based in a manufacturing site environment.
  • Extended work hours may be required during period-end closing and peak fire season.
  • Must be available for after-hours support when needed.
  • Occasional dispatch of on-call customer orders.
  • Role may involve moderate physical and mental stress due to the nature of the business.
  • Travel will be required for inventory audits.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.






Salary Information

$26.92 - $30.66 Hourly Wage
