Guest Service Representative - Seasonal

We’re currently seeking an outgoing, friendly, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Services Representative in our Wichita office from February through August.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll help create smooth, stress-free stays for our guests by:

• Providing exceptional customer service with warmth and urgency
• Investigating and resolving guest concerns, maintenance requests, and work orders — and following through until completion 
• Building strong working relationships with utilities, contractors, and apartment communities 
• Entering and managing apartment and guest data in Oscar, Service Track, and Microsoft Outlook 
• Running reports and maintaining organized, accurate records 
• Reviewing quality assurance inspections and completing E-inspections 
    

What We Offer

• $16-$18 per hour, paid weekly 
• Monday–Friday schedule (8:00am–5:00pm — weekends off!)

• A strong sense of urgency and commitment to outstanding customer service  
• High school diploma or equivalent  
• Administrative or clerical experience  
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
