Employment Type: Full-time, contractor support (contingent upon contract award & customer approval)
Security Clearance: Active/eligible for NATO or National SECRET (or higher)

Target Base Salary Range: $49,000 - $71,000
Travel: Occasional mission travel as required.
Role Overview
Support the NC3 Modernisation Programme by providing secretariat and programme coordination support within the iCMO. You will manage information/knowledge tools, coordinate meetings and onboarding, support stakeholder engagement, and help maintain comprehensive programme documentation for a large, complex NATO capability portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the NC3 Programme Director by managing key programme documents and maintaining programme knowledge.
  • Coordinate information and knowledge management (SharePoint, EDMS, TRANSNET, mailboxes) for accessible governance artifacts.
  • Assist with stakeholder engagement and communications across ACO, Nations, and NATO HQ.
  • Support cross-functional management of ACT processes and procedures for NC3 programme delivery.
  • Coordinate onboarding/induction for new staff (training, IT access, equipment).
  • Plan and support programme-related meetings and task tracking requirements.
  • Develop MS Office products and reports for internal/external reporting; other admin tasks as required.
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree or higher.
  • Demonstrable experience in administration and management (IKM, event organization, coordination, HR support, or equivalent).
  • Experience working in multinational/international organizations or defence/security environments.
  • Experience supporting portfolio/programme/project management (P3M) environments.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint/Teams).
  • Citizen of a NATO member nation; active or eligible for NATO/National SECRET (or higher) clearance.
  • Valid NATO nation passport with no travel restrictions; English proficiency.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
  • Experience supporting large capability portfolios with multiple stakeholders and governance bodies.
  • Familiarity with NATO programme management practices and reporting conventions.
  • Experience with task tracking systems and process improvement.
