About the Role

We are building a pipeline of Technical Business Analysts to support upcoming federal programs focused on system modernization, process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

This role serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, solutions align with mission needs and implementations support secure, scalable operations.

Key Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze and document functional and technical requirements
Translate business needs into user stories, workflows and system specifications
Facilitiate stakeholder meetings, workshops and requirements sessions
Support modernization efforts including workflow automation and system integration
Collaborate with developers, architects and project managers throughout the SDLC
Analyze current processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and usability
Assist with testing activities including UAT planning and validation
Maintain requirements traceability and documentation
Support change management and user adoption efforts
Ensure compliance with federal security and accessibility standards

Required Qualifications

Active Secret Clearance
Experience as a Business Analyst supporting technical or IT projects
Strong experience gathering and documenting requirements
Experience working within Agile, Scrum or hybrid development environments
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and stakeholders
Experience supporting system implementations, integrations or modernization efforts

Preferred Skills

Experience supporting federal programs
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint or Power Platform environments
Experience with workflow automation or business process improvement initiatives
Knowledge of data analysis, reporting or dashboarding tools
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps
CBAP, PMI-PBA or Agile-related certifications
