Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (No Rotating Shifts!)

About the Role

We are seeking a Gasket Production Associate to join our team. This position is perfect for candidates with hands-on experience who enjoy working in a dynamic, manufacturing-based environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our parts meet strict quality standards. The primary purpose of this position is to finish and pack gasket department materials, while ensuring production levels are met.

Requirements

• Required:
  • High school diploma/GED or relevant work experience.
  • Review router, drawings, specifications or sample parts to determine finish condition of work pieces, sequence of operations, and set up requirements
  • Ensure parts are free from damage
  • Package parts in accordance with customer and company requirements
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment
  • Work with a variety of calipers or micrometers
  • All other duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Strong attention to detail and mechanical/technical aptitude
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for long periods, and work safely with tools and equipment.
  • Become Tow Motor certified though IGS – must hold a valid driver’s license
  • Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
