About this position
Description:
- Lead and coordinate the setup and breakdown of banquet rooms
- Ensure rooms are set according to event diagrams and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
- Oversee setup staff and maintain timelines for events
- Move tables, chairs, staging, dance floors, and other event equipment
- Communicate with banquet managers and service staff to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of storage and setup areas
- Prior banquet, catering, or event setup experience preferred
- Leadership skills and ability to manage a small team
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
Schedule Requirements:
- Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
