About this position

Description:

 

  • Lead and coordinate the setup and breakdown of banquet rooms
     
  • Ensure rooms are set according to event diagrams and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
     
  • Oversee setup staff and maintain timelines for events
     
  • Move tables, chairs, staging, dance floors, and other event equipment
     
  • Communicate with banquet managers and service staff to ensure smooth execution
     
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of storage and setup areas
Requirements:

 

  • Prior banquet, catering, or event setup experience preferred
     
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage a small team
     
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
     
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work
     
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
     

Schedule Requirements:

  • Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
     
  • Full-time or part-time opportunities available
