Schedule: M-F (Evening Shift: 9pm-6am MNL time)
What does a day in the life of a Data Processing Analyst look like?
- Execute fast, accurate data processing, including: Data parsing, data entry, data enrichment, and validation
- Perform ongoing monitoring and cleanup of Corporate Tableau dashboards using documented SOPs
- Complete routine and ad-hoc data cleanup requests within defined SLAs
- Validate data accuracy and identify inconsistencies or errors
- Closely follow process workflows and support implementation of initiatives and projects as directed by leadership
- Document work completed and flag recurring or complex issues for escalation
- Communicate clearly and effectively with fellow consultants, leadership, and internal stakeholders
- Communicate with internal teams via email, chat, and voice channels
What are the required qualifications of a Data Processing Analyst?
- Ability to process data quickly while maintaining high accuracy
- Strong adherence to defined workflows and procedures
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in data processing or operation
- Excel proficiency is required
- Above-average English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with leadership and stakeholders
- Experience with Tableau is a plus, but not required
