2nd shift- Full-time Operator- 14.04 hourly

Full-time Operator

As a Full-time Operator, you will be assigned to work rotationally floating between Assembly/Resize, Fabrication, Finishing and other departments as assigned. Trainers will be assigned to assist in the learning process.
 

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age 
• Fine motor dexterity skills required to maintain quality and productivity
• Basic problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills; Conflict resolution skills
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Able to multi-task, adaptable and an analytical thinker
• Able to utilize Micrometers, gauges, and other hand-tools for measuring and inspecting
• Able to read and following instructions outlined in production documents

Work Shifts:

             3:30 pm to 12:00 am- T,W,Th

             5:00 pm to 9:00 pm- Monday thru Friday

Pay:

• $14.04/hour (paid weekly)
